AACSR-Aluminum Alloy Conductor Steel Reinforced
AACSR is a concentrically stranded conductor composed of one or more layers of Aluminium -Magnesium -Silicon Alloy wire stranded around a high strength coated steel core. The core can be of either single wire or stranded multi wire. Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or infusion of the complete cable with grease.

ACS-Aluminum-Clad Steel Conductor
Bare concentric-lay-stranded conductors made from bare, hard-drawn, round, aluminum clad steel wires for general use of electrical purposes. Conductors are classified as follows: 14 % conductivity, 20.3 % conductivity, 27 % conductivity, 35 % conductivity, 40 % conductivity.

ACSR-Aluminum Conductor Steel Reinforced
Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforced (ACSR) is concentrically stranded conductor with one or more layers of hard drawn aluminium wire on galvanized steel wire core. The core can be single wire or stranded depending on the size. Additional corrosion protection is available through the application of grease to the core or infusion of the complete cable with grease.

ACSS-Aluminum Conductor Steel Supported
ACSS is a composite concentric-lay stranded conductor. Steel strands form the central core of the conductor with two or more layers of aluminum 1350-O wire stranded around it. The steel core carries most or all of the mechanical load of the conductor due to the “O” temper (fully annealed or soft) aluminum.

CCS-Copper Clad Steel Strand
Copper clad steel wire (CCS) combines the high tensile strength of steel as its core and the conductivity properties of copper as its outer layer. The core material is usually low carbon steel and is typically used as either grounding wire or the inner conductor of coaxial cables.
